Returning your goods:
If you haven't figured it out yet, Fayvel wants you to be happy! No one likes to receive a product that doesn't fit, the color is not right, or you find that it really isn't you. It happens to all of us. So let's fix it!
At Fayvel we charge our customers $5 for all returns and exchanges. The process for a return or exchange is simple. Please submit the information request, on the bottom of this page. Make sure to include your phone number and your email address. Pack the product in its original packaging. Our carrier will email you with the necessary instructions to return your goods to us.

Refunds and Exchanges:
OK, we all make mistakes. Let's fix 'em! Fayvel will accept any item returned within 30 days of original shipment for full refund. The item must be in new condition. Once received and reviewed, your original form of payment will be credited to your account. As for exchanges, we will also accept any item returned within 30 days from the original shipment date for a full credit exchange (change colors, sizes or even exchange for new items). We will process your exchange as soon as the request is received. You will have 30 days to return the original item to Fayvel or you will be charged for the replacement goods ordered as exchanges.
